Some of the modular buildings that Frey-Moss builds, delivers, and installs, are listed below:
Modular construction is fast, reliable, cost-effective and high-quality. Many of the most cost-conscious retailers in the Fortune 100 use modular construction in their retail facilities. These companies include BP/Amoco, ARCO, ChevronTexaco, ConocoPhillips, Kroger, Murphy USA, Safeway, Shell, and Wal-Mart.
Lower Cost for Each Site
No Ongoing Architectural Fees - No requirement for specific building plans developed by an architect for each site. Frey-Moss supplies state-certified (where applicable) building plans for each site.
Lower Site Supervision Costs by up to 75% - Less time on site reduces owner’s supervisory cost.
Less OSHA and Union Exposure - Modular buildings reduce the scope of site work and reduce the probability of OSHA or Union involvement.
Safety On Site - Work done off-site in the modular plant greatly reduces the probability of a safety incident on your site.
Fully Re-locatable - All Frey-Moss modular buildings can be re-located for 35% or less than their original purchase price. If the site fails economically the building can be moved to a new site at much less cost than building new.
Accelerated Depreciation
Most buyers of modular buildings are able to reduce their tax liability through new IRS regulations regarding accelerated depreciation.
