Frey-Moss has constructed over one hundred quick lube centers for major marketers and independent operators since 1995. The Frey-Moss modular quick lube has proven to be highly cost competitive versus standard techniques with the additional revenue benefit of slicing a month off the typical construction schedule.
From the Inside to the Outside
The Frey-Moss advantage in quick lubes begins with our experience in steel design and construction. Floors are heavily reinforced with structural members, steel decking and columns located at the catwalks, leaving much of the basement floor free for tanks and storage of other materials.
Made of incredibly durable sheet metal material, interior walls will never need painting and stand up to wear by the customers and the tools of the trade.
Frey-Moss offers exterior finishes in a range of optional textures and colors and includes glossy metallic finish, EIFS stucco, split face block, and traditional brick.
The Complete Installation
Like all Frey-Moss modular buildings, the lube center arrives complete with all components including:
- Reinforced concrete floor
- Walls including interior and exterior finish
- Electrical main panel, lights, switches, receptacles
- HVAC system in waiting room and offices
- Plumbing for restrooms and sinks
- Storefront glass
- Overhead and walk-through doors
I am a Jiffy Lube franchisee operating forty eight (48) service centers in the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey...I consider [Frey-Moss] a development partner. They work directly with me, my architect and engineer to customize a facility that meets my operational needs, federal, state and local codes, as well as fits my development budget. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to develop a functional cost effective facility of any kind, to have a conversation with frey-Moss about their building capabilities.
Frey-Moss Structures has always been loyal to the Bruster’s team and family of franchisees, and will always remain our #1 choice for all of our free standing buildings and modular building needs.
They [Frey-Moss] have repeatedly proven themselves ready, willing, and able to aggressively tackle any challenge presented to them. For over two years, Frey-Moss Structures has remained BP’s preferred modular building provider and has recently garnered similar status for BP canopies.

Frey-Moss completed the first major C-store remodel project in Baton Rouge, LA, under budget and on schedule. The existing store was 25 years old, constructed with outdated cinder blocks. Frey-Moss fabricated and installed a modular tower with standing seam cupola and wrapped the existing building and canopy columns with real brick panels.
